miami.broker opened its doors in 2005 as a full-service South Florida brokerage. But the relationships behind this company go back further than that — to the mid-1990s, managing luxury real estate for the kind of owner who can't be everywhere at once: the second-home family, the investor with a growing portfolio, the client who simply wanted someone they could trust with one of their largest assets.

luxuryproperty.management grew directly out of that work. As more brokerage clients converted their purchases into long-term holdings, it became clear that selling a home and managing one require very different disciplines — so we built a dedicated team and process around the second. The result is a property management division with a brokerage's market knowledge and a private estate office's attention to detail.
